Executives representing over 60 consulting companies from different Russian cities have convened for the second specialized forum 'Days of Consulting Companies'. The event was held in Moscow on December 2 and 3 and welcomed companies involved in financial, management, HR, legal and IT consulting.
Sergey Romanenko, CEO of PACC consulting company, moderated the forum. He also spoke on Creative solutions in comparison to Standardized ready-to-use techniques.

PACC consulting company took part in the 7th Investment Forum which was held in Sochi on 18-21 September 2008. More than 8 000 participants from over 40 countries attended the Forum unilaterally declared by media as one of the most significant events in the business environment.
At the Forum Leonid Azimov, Director of business development for PACC, spoke at the round table “Role of insurance in implementation of investment projects” with his report dedicated to “Noncommercial risk guarantees provided in cooperation with international financial organizations as an instrument for developing PPP”.

- wonder many company heads nowadays. In July 2007 PACC consultants finished a project aimed at optimizing the number of staff for a large mobile communications provider. Tailored to the Client's needs, the approach united analysis and search for alternatives.
The consultants looked into the factual working time distribution and indicated possible gaps, which allowed to spread the same scope of work between fewer staff. The ultimate aim was to rationalize labour costs and improve the company's performance.
